Beauty ProRental Placement

Connecting qualified beauty professionals with the right salon home. Billed separately from any Operations Management tier. A signed Placement Agreement is required before work begins.

Choose one model per engagement

Model A and Model B are alternative billing structures — not add-ons to each other. Select the model that works best for your situation at the time of agreement. Non-circumvention applies under both models.

I'm Isagani Marcelo Jr — and I've spent nearly two decades inside the beauty industry. Not watching from the outside, but in it: managing teams, growing salons, developing brands, and solving the real problems beauty professionals face every day.

I also bring 5 years of property management experience, which means I understand both the business side and the space side of running a salon or suite.

The IMJ Signature was built on one belief: every beauty professional deserves a consultant who truly gets their world — and can help them turn their vision into something lasting.
